I don’t think this is a bad proposition. In MO you are required to carry insurance, yet thousands are driving uninsured and I think they should have to forfeit money they think they are going to make by claiming to be injured, causing the insured not to get their vehicle fixed because they drove uninsured. I think it’s a win/win situation.
