    How about terminating his employment? This clown is unfit to drive a patrol car and the city is at increased risk of liability suits because of it.

    Claiming to be unlucky is an excuse for what is otherwise bad behavior. He should have been disciplined following the first accident and terminated after the second one. The sheriff should allow Anderson to resign without chances of re-employment.
