Demolition notices went out last week to 104 homeowners in Minot and 18 homeowners in Ward County, N.D., whose properties experienced some of the most severe damage from June flooding.
Assistant Attorney General tells the Minot Daily News that a few more homes are expected to be added to the list within a week.
Record flooding from the Souris River swamped some 4,100 homes this summer and displaced nearly 11,000 residents.
Swanson says homeowners have 15 days to appeal the demolition notices.
