Boy! Swindled $6 Million, and gets nailed for 1 count of stealing $10K, plus 1 count of mail fraud? What about reimbursing the money she stole (restitution)? Whomever writes these articles need to be more careful about including all pertinent information.

The 1 count of mail fraud is all-encompassing. She now faces a 30 year max sentence. Her victims, primarily the elderly, were reimbursed – at least those that have been found so far. Further restitution, if any, will be determined at sentencing. How do I know all this? My parents, sister and nephew were all victims of this snake. Watching her plead guilty in court was wonderful, but my Mother did not get to see this as she passed away last Thanksgiving. Go to Finra.org and do a broker-check on Victoria McGee-Harris to see all the complaints and settlements. Spread the word, there may be other victims out there.
