Jake, did you not read the entire article? The residents are elderly and disabled. They are apparently unable to just get up and find another place to live. Money, probably a lot of it, is paid to this apartment complex and residents have a right to know that their money is being used to not only fix a problem like this, but that steps are taken to avoid this kind of problem in the first place. The people running this complex should all be fired–or at least forced to live amongst the bedbugs themselves.
