I am an injured worker and I have been waiting on this decision. I am not happy. I went to work did what the boss told me, in the mean time some nitwit forgets about me and then runs me over with a towmotor! Now I can’t get compensated for that! They said workers compensation is paying me that should be enough. What! Take 65% pay and forget about it, I don’t think so.
Bruce, I’m sorry you were injured but how is it your employer’s fault? Unless the boss told someone to run over you it just sounds like an unfortunate accident.
