Who’s the racist? This clown worked for this company for ONE SUMMER and now wants money because of comments and slurs? Why is it that blacks are the only people on the face of the earth to CONSTANTLY play the race card? When’s the last time you read about a Greek, Hungarian, Russian, Pole, Australian, Chinese, Japanese, Hispanic, Irish, or anybody else cry “racism”. This guy’s allegations sound like a school yard bully situation. You stand up to them. Of course there’s no profit in handling disputes that way. Silly me.
This man has every right to go to court. In this country we do not tolerate actions such as these in anyway. If the Black man would of punched him in the nose he could of went to jail for assault.
If the employer let a racist environment exist. Then they should pay. He should ask for more than $75K

These are allegations, they are not proven facts. He may have made these allegations because the lawsuit might pay better than unemployement.
