Rosie, you started that, not Andrew. This is an insurance forum, not a political forum. Sometimes the two conflict, but not now. I mean, are you serious? I can understand people thinking climate change has something to do with mankind — but now you are thinking we are causing earthquakes? Please let me know where you work so I can make sure not to entrust any of my finances or transactions with a company that would endorse someone with such flawed logic. Also, I assume that you feel the simple election of a person from a different party means we can say goodbye to these horrid earthquakes, the sun will shine every day, crops will grow, birds will sing, and we can all live in peace with the terrorists. Sounds great! The far left and far right both annoy me. Has common sense left this Earth, or are those with common sense so burnt out by the extremist idiots that we just don’t care anymore?

Those of us with common sense aren’t too burned out – we just sit back in amusement and watch the far left and far right try to outscream each other – and then we vote. The shrill cry of overinflated egos eventually dies down – until the media stirs it up again.
But seriously, I didn’t know they had earthquakes in Ohio…!

Thanks Politics for putting some common sense in here. I agree that the far left and the far right are both annoying. There is no more common sense which is a shame. Political correctness has taken over. Rosie – my post was neither mean-spirited or the neocons point of the day. In fact this was my first ever post on this forum. Your comment was so ridiculous, I felt someone needed to respond. Someone that thinks earthquakes are caused by political policy IS ignorant. By the way ignorant does not mean you are unintelligent or stupid, it means you lack knowledge on the subject matter you are talking about. Obviously, that is the case here. Feel free to take more shots at me, real mature. I was just pointing out that George Bush does not cause earthquakes and we’ve had them in Ohio for a long time. That is fact, and now you are not ignorant on that subject anymore. If Barrack Obama can stop earthquakes, hurricanes, tornadoes, forest fires, tsunamis and hail storms, I’ll vote for him. While some democrats may think so, I’m pretty sure he doesn’t have that power. I’m done with you Rosie. I don’t need to waste any more of my time debating a ridiculous argument. Everyone else, thanks for the support and have a nice day.
