It annoys me when people say that no one was injured so why so harsh? Too often do people get away with things because no one got hurt. Then when another idiot does the same thing and someone dies because of it everyone is quick to say that we should have punished the first guy harsh enough to set an example. If everyone were punished as if it were worst case scenario I don’t think we would have so many accidental deaths.
Let’s do a little math… 30 years times prisoner’s stipends (if any) equals???
And if they get out of prison in 3 or 30 years with a criminal record they will be working highly paid jobs? (Well maybe according to Claims Guy’s scenario)
