The EPA report has been going through industry to “ensure no release of privileged information and general accuracy” and to ensure the report can be published in appropriate peer-reviewed journals. The EPA doesn’t want their scientists missing out on the love.
As long as what they replace diacetyl with is less hazardous it’s all good. We’ll have to wait and see. In the meantime, pop your own corn and add butter yourself.
