I had a Nissan that got in an accident & went to a Nissan dealer for repairs. I went back to the same Nissan dealer to trade the car & buy another car. They evaluated my car as less than average for trade in because of repairs. I told them I guess their own body shop did a crummy job repairing my car because the body shop told me my car was better than before because I now had new, not used parts on my car. Its like 2 identical houses both for the same price, 1 has been repaired with a new roof & plumbing. Which house do you buy?
it should not matter, and even makes more sense that they had even repaired the vehicle. in that case, cause for suing! why not, they did not restore the vehicle to what it’s worth…..
