I commend Ball State for reaching out beyond the confines of Muncie to expand their educational programming and opportunities in the Indianapolis area.
Hopefully, the downtown Indianapolis location will be utilized and perhaps give BSU more reasons to reach out to other areas within the state of Indiana.
