It doesnt matter if they have a ratio of 1 student per 200 teachers. The property claim should be settled correctly, BI/EE should be paid for, and we shouldnt be reading about this in Insurance Journal. The school should be entitled to the amount of coverage they paid for, regardless of student/teacher ratios or donations made to help see them through until St Paul Travelers paid the loss.
