The insurance companies do not need the insurance commissioner’s help fight fraud.
Insurance companies can do that themselves. The insurance commissioner should concentrate on
    Fraudulent activities within insurance companies.

Insurance companies are fraudulently increasing insurance rates and the insurance commissioner can’t figure that out. The insurance commissioner can help consumers fight fraud by investigating insurance companies who commit fraud by altering figures to raise insurance premiums. That is fraud and all consumers suffer.
