This guy has a lot of nerve. Trying to solicite sympathy for his plunder of other people’s hard earned money entrusted to him. He should not only have to pay back in full to these innocent people with interest at a fair rate, but he should be banned from owning and operating any kind of financial company or business or be associated in any authorative way in any other company. In addition he should have to liquidate anything left of his business and any other business(s) he is partner to or has any dealings with. And of course… THIS JERK MUST DO SOME SERIOUS HARD TIME. Give him 20 years in the Fed Pen. And put his picture on the nightly news and all front pages of major newspaper nationwide. This can send a message to others who are doing the same thing and who conspire to do the same or worse. Bring justice to these high arrogant selfish money mongers and justice to the little people being taken for a ride by this greedy self centered whiter collar crimminals.

Unless you directly saw Mr. Segal doing anything illegal, it sounds like YOU are guilty of being a judge and jury with a conviction…and the trial JUST started.

I could be wrong…you could have first-hand accounts of wrong doing but just forgot to offer yourself to the court to speak to a jury…but I doubt it.

Think about what kind of person that makes you – either afraid to speak to a jury OR just someone who speaks as if he knows the facts when in fact he knows nothing at all.

I have been following the trial because I am a former employee. I have first hand experience with how abusive and beligerent he could be to his former employees. I do not believe that that alone makes him guilty, but I do believe that anyone who felt that rath feels the way I do when I say to you SHUT UP! I am tired of hearing about your support for a man who took pleasure in striking the fear of God in his employees. Don’t get me wrong, when you were his favorite at the moment, you got it all, but don’t fall off your pedestal because he was the first one to kick you while you were down.

You have your website…go be the “free speech” police there. Nobody else wants to hear your BS…and anyone who does can read it on your website. The worst thing about your website is the crap of the American Dream. Maybe you should research how he acquired his business and financed it in the beginning, he sure didn’t do it on his own.

You go to it! It is about time that the truly informed employees spoke up. I always heard from employees and company reps of the way he treated them like dirt. I was wondering when they would start to talk.

It is about time. I hope others that understand the importance for our industry speak up also. Professional Insurance Agents and employees have a hard enough time earning credit without owners of agencies like his giving us a bad rep!
