I am from vancouver and i wanted to say that Montreal,Main & Atlantic Railway should be charged with criminal neglegence causing death.This was a safety issue that was ignored by the railway co. Montreal,Main & Aylantic Railway should pay compensation to all people affected by this atrocity.The $4m asked for should be increased to about $20m.
The canadian gov.seems not to care about the people of Lac-Megantic.They have delayed doing anything about it.It is good that a class action lawsuit is in the making.Montreal,Main & Atlantic Railway should be condemned by all people and unions in canada.
