Perhaps Allianz CEO and board have all invested in the carbon exchanges so they can make some serious money. Is Al Gore on their board? Maybe they were invited to a retreat given by Al Gore and told they would reap the benefits of all these bogus carbon credit exchanges if only they were to sign onto it.
