I expected this to happen. Ever since Munich had to bail out American Re it’s been slowly taking over control more and more (one step being the name change). It’s major initiative “GLORIA” is such a joke. It was supposed to go live years ago and is still being pushed off. Been running over a year in Munich and still nt working right!
