You have expressed the good reason very well. If you had ripped off as many people as our friend and they were all trying hard to find/contact you, you would also make sure you were no longer contactable. I have done my utmost to try to keep Mr Taylor and his friends from escaping but it needs more people to do so and the law to take some action to help the victims recover losses. There is now Operation Archway set up by the City of London Police to try to deal with these thieves across international borders. It would be good to see Linsure used as a test case because they have some traceability. I’m trying to get them interested and I suggest you do the same. Take a look at the website and send them some detail. The more people who contact them the more interest they may take.

Rubbish. He sold the pub ages since…..and his house in Sitges and bought an ocean villa in Boca Raton Florida, at least 6 months ago. He lives there in impunity because no laws were broken by him or his company but he helped the SEC with info on American citizens that broke the law in Spain at boiler rooms.

Yes. David Zuckerman was one of them.

Paul Taylor may have bought a place in Florida but for sure he was in Sitges in October 2007. As for having broken no laws in the USA, I thought they also had laws against thieving and that the CEO’s of companies in the USA were liable for misappropriation of shareholders funds in the same way as they are in Europe. If he is living in Florida, it’s hard to believe the US authorities are involved in allowing it. More likely they don’t have the evidence against him yet. We’ll have to see if we can change that.

Of course. But if you check the accounts, Taylor received compensation of €100k from Linsure in a 36 month period PLUS expenses of €28k. Furthermore Linsure owes him nearly $2m in preffered loan stock. To presume funds were misappropriated is clearly wrong. Linsure also shows assets of 7m currently. We should be looking at the brokers more closely. That´s where any fault occurred.

I saw that in the accounts also. Taylor made sure that the US company was clean and run properly. Who can complain about 100k over 3 years. The problem lies in the brokerage houses. I have discovered they were run by a David Zuckerman. Anyone heard who he is?

George, We want this company to run. IF you are a certified shareholder you should check carefully before posting wild and innacurate comments about Linsure that may harm the company´s reputation. If you are NOT then…..er, take a hike.
