An unfortunate accident but an absurd and groundless award. The decdant was a mature adult who should have known better than to use an inflatable slide sold at a TOY STORE and intended for CHILDREN. The only reason the slide partially collapsed was because of her weight. It was not defective. In addition to her own carelessness and poor judgment, she went down HEADFIRST !!! This undoubtedly caused the severe injury. The American legal system may be the best of the worst, but it’s badly flawed to allow this kind of unjust enrichment.

The slide did not cause her death, her improper use of the slide cause her death and Toys R Us should not have to pay this rediculous amount for someone’s stupidity. This is unjustified.
