    This is nonsense. This lightning struck “near a building …”. No software is 100% accurate on predicting lightning. This fine is a farce. I think the Indians should tell FOSA to go crap in its hat.

    Not really. Lightning strikes at golf courses are quite common and after 15 workers are injured in one incident, OSHA has to get involved. I know of a kid that was killed when lightening struck a wooden building he was in while taking shelter and his twin brother was seriously injured. It’s the tribe’s responsibility to take care of it’s workers and if this will help, it’s the least they can do. I’m sure thay wanted to do the right thing.
