The captain of this boat should be arrested and charged with gross negligence and homicide. This boat had a bridge, and a flying bridge making it vertically unstable. Load up both bridges with too many people and it’s top heavy. Normally, the wake of a passing boad would have no effect. The cause wasn’t the wake, it was the over-loading and hopefully that will be revealed. Of course the owner/captain immediately pointed the finger at other causes in a lame effort to escape liability.
