How can a 40-mile spill significant enough to damage 464 cars go un-reported to the state police. I don’t suppose anyone identified the tanker that caused it. I had to be leaking profusely.

It was reported.. It was reported a few min after 7. My family went thru it a little after 8, they never shut the turnpike down!
