This woman was 75 years old and had the heart attack DURING THE BLIZZARD. Even “IF” the city’s response was better there’s no guarantee she would have lived. The city does not have a duty to guarantee emergency responses 24/7 much less during one of the worst winter storms on record. Shame on the daughter and her attorney to try and profit from her mother’s death. The daughter must be a real nut case as well when she referred to her mother as “my life”.

Wonder if the daughter lived close enough to take her mother to the ER herself, but it was too much trouble because of the blizzard.
It is sad that she lost her mother but to blame the city is ridiculous. The lawyer who agreed to take this case should be thrown in jail!!
