    And now she is working in the same position in Florida. Any bets on how long it takes for the article to show up here for pulling the same stunt in another state?

    someone stood up and made a statement. this is why our courts get bogged, at least this workmans comp claim got denied… think about this, she working the same type of job — so where is the shame in that? um… wanting money probably because she in debt and can’t make enough… suprised that the current security company has her still hired after that course of events… guess she did not want to work again….

    She should have to pay all the legal fees and court costs incurred by the Workers Comp insurance company to defend against such a frivolous claim. If the courts awarded fees/costs to the insurance companies when they win, most of the lawsuits out there would evaporate.
