Just for the record – the legal reference is PERSONAL INJURY – it is a common term that albeit does not track with the terms in a commercial general liability policy as “bodily injury” it is in fact industry standard.

Interesting note – California recognizes mental anguish as a “bodily injury”

Unless Parents and students signed a consent acknowledging of the remote monitoring it is CLEARING an invasion of privacy and criminal behavior at best.

This is so typical of the attitude many school districts have towards parents and children.

The public school system has evolved into the arm pit of our country’s educational system.

If your kids attend public school you are perceived as a second class citizen and are treated as such.

    WHAT ARROGANCE THIS WOMAN HAS.

Would any of us enjoy being spied on by a school district?

Robbins’ Dad is an insurance broker. The school district apparently got a couple of shots of him as well.
