The NJ town should now turn around & sue this yeahoo for the $25,000 aggravation he caused. I’m sure the “insurance company” would be glad to get it back.
I’m sure the city had an SIR (self-insured retention)and they paid the settlement, not their insurance company. I agree they should a. not have paid this smart *** a dime, and b. counter-sued for all the administrative costs this ahole caused to the city to incur. This guy obviously has an attitude and it isn’t a good one.
