“…..a weatherproof tent on Manhattan’s East Side where the city is storing the remains of 9/11 victims who have yet to be identified.” You’ve got to be _hitting me! How irresponsible and calloused! Surviving families should be outraged. There can’t that big a volume of “pieces” that they couldn’t be placed in the corner of the morgue or a mausoleum for safekeeping.
And the piece of human garbage that set the fire should be shot on sight.
Mannnnn… You need to take some personal stock in yourself – You think you’re any better referring to those people as “pieces”???!!!
Yes, after so many years, you would have thought there would be a better resting place for those lost in such a senseless tragedy — a building dedicated by the city — or someone with warehouse space that could serve as a temporary site while those involved still search for answers.
I’m sure the volume of debris and remains couldn’t possibly fit in a morgue or mausoleum as you suggest — Another issue may have been additional health risks to workers who would be involved in the arduous task of removing those souls who remain.
You also don’t know what kind of temporary structure was erected. One of the largest Christian houses of worship in our state held services in a huge canvas skinned aluminum supported cathedral that held almost 2000 patrons — If you’re thinking of a camping tent… better get the facts straight before you lip so casually about the dead.
All I can say is shame on you – Your mamma must be real proud…
