Typical of our badly flawed legal system. Stop the drunk, issue a citation, suspend the license, etc. and the beat goes on. Our legal system doesn’t want to address the issue of making a significant change in drunks behavior. I recently read of some moron who received 29 DUI citations. HOW DOES ANY RESPONSBILE SOCIETY PERMIT THIS?
