Connecticut Considers More Time for Abuse Victims to Sue

    The Connecticut legislature is insane. NOBODY needs more than a few years after the age of majority to bring an action IF there is a legitimate one. Statutes of Limitations bring some level of order and reasonableness to an otherwise absurd society. It is impossible to build any kind of case, plaintiff or defense, after decades when witnesses and evidence is gone.

    Connecticut should be careful what they wish for, they might just get it. How about a suit because of all the harm stupid/inept politicians caused over the last hundred years?? Maybe some scum sucking newbie attorney should tackle that!!

    C’mon Conn get your act together.
    Owe wait,I suppose this would allow the ins co to keep the money in state and the state could charge a sexual abuse victims tax ya that’s what Conn’s gonna due pass a sexual victim settlement tax!
