What the hell is wrong with the people of PA? Their law enforcement people have failed miserably and the arson problem hasn’t been solved. So the genius governor wants federal aid for low interest loans to rebuild these shacks so some idiot can burn them down again? If the governor can’t manage his state he should step down. You borrow some police from neighboring communities, set up some stake outs, find the morons who are starting fires, and eliminat them.
Sorry…I don’t want my money used to provide relief for people who chose not to buy insurance. I’ve as much sympathy for them as I do for someone who loses more than they can afford in a card game i.e., none.
