    The City was correct then caved in and paid to settle. The inmates are running the asylum.

    I wonder if the ACLU would have provided legal assistance to a Republican denied the right to open a store to sell American flags?

    good point Ron. I think we both know the answer to that one. How in the hell did this country get to the point where an individual’s opinion trumps a city government? Just because she didn’t agree with the city’s interpretation of the name of her business (that will fold within 90-days) doesn’t translate to a violation of rights or discrimination. I can’t believe the city paid $75K on this. So symptomatic of a sick, out of control society.

    It’s a tough thing being a republican nowadays. Makes you wish for the good old days when no one would dare question the decision of good ole boy.

    What planet are you from? The good ole boys is a southern term. If you haven’t checked a map lately, Pennsylvania is north of the Mason-Dixon line, and Pittsburg is a steeltown of blue collar folk. This issue had nothing to do with politics, gender, race, or religion. It’s just more of what the ACLU generates …..s hit.
