I never discriminate against the lazy. I fire all of them. When you lose your job within 6 months, something tells me you weren’t doing your job. If all you know is how to get a handout without having to work, no wonder they were fired. Time to take over Cuba and send all of our people who are too lazy to work over there. I am tired of supporting other people. Get a job, do something productive besides popping out more crotch fruit to increase your govt handout.
Worked in an office where the job applications of African Americans were thrown out in the trash as soon as the applicant left the interview. That stopped when one very capable young woman called back to see how she did and it soon became obvious they could not find her application. The EEOC was called in and she ended up getting the job. Did a terrific job, too, lovely young lady.

Its funny. I’m up there in years-been in the business since ’81 and other than black rappers and the remnants of the KKK, you never hear the “n” word said by anyone these days. Its a toxic word. I am simply amazed that you would say that anyone in todays workforce is willing to risk demotion or even firing for the use of that word. No one is that powerful or bold. I just don’t believe you.

If just half of the welfare recipients could realize that they are modern day slaves to the democrats, then we could actually turn our society around. Isn’t public housing akin to modern day slave quarters. Only now, the slaves only have to vote for their masters instead of actually doing any work for them.
