Congratulations to the work comp board on their efforts to protect workers in New York State. Now it would be great if they spend some time reviewing their data base, and correcting the many errors that exist.
Since their initiative to catch employers who are not in compliance they have caused me hours upon hours of work trying to straighten out those employers who were falsely accused of not providing compensation.
I understand the process is daunting but come on, is there no way to alleviate the burden cast upon the broker community?

Nice to see something is being done to enforce the law. Hope those fines are being put to good use.
