I find it difficult to believe that anyone could construe this as a “sensible” decision. The contract requires prompt notice in most instances, and I can’t believe any reasonable person would think two years was a reasonable time. Unfortunately this may mark the start of NY’s falling into the same Lotto mentality that prevails around the country.
