It seems to me that somehow the clinics had to be in on it. I hope they arrest some of the doctors too.

As Draconian as it sounds: Start throwing people in the hole for “victimless” crimes and soon no one will want to participate in them.

Three cheers for the fraud investigators and police!

Throw ALL the guilty in jail and let them rot or a while. Maybe (but I doubt it) the lesson will get out there and dissuade others from following in their footsteps.

claim that fraud does not occur. I would point out that it does indeed occur, and we all pay for it. Whether one acknowledges the existence of fraud or not.

We should through innocent people in jail too. Just in case they were thinking about a committing a crime. Oh wait, we do that already.

agreed Gill. There is never any fraud in insurance claims just like lawsuits for $6B for a twisted ankle is never about the money. I think the Moran poster used a wrong vowel, the name should have been Moron.

Until and unless there’s public outrage, human garbage like this will continue to thrive in sewers like the Bronx. I agree with all that these spineless thieves should get jail time. The media classifies this a “victimless crime”. ********!! We all pay for this in increased costs. Doesn’t matter if it’s medical providers or retailers. They can’t stop these people so they simply pass the costs along to the rest of us. There has to be a personal injury attorney at the head of this line to the trough. They’re the ones who line up the doctors and build the system. The schmucks who participate are only the cannon fodder.

Don’t live there if you don’t like the Bronx. Many people do.
IJ posters have made horribly disparaging remarks about followers of Islam; residents of New Orleans, etc etc. Bunch of haters in here!
