Did I read this article wrong, or was there no mention of a lawsuit? Is a company going to get away with doing the right thing and not have to go to court? Scandalous.

Refreshing, for the moment, that there is no mention of a suit. Seems to me that it was only this one package, however, and that raises suspicions.

There’s no lawsuit YET. Or maybe there isn’t one cause it’s the same lady that put the finger in the chile. (kidding). Expect a lawsuit for PTSD.

Only specimen found to have pills in it was cooked by the daughter.

9 year old girl who did the cooking “was adamant” that she did not put the pills in the fish sticks.

Sounds to me like someone did not want fish. I don’t think you’ll see a lawsuit here.

Thanks, Joe – explains a lot – wish I’d thought of this as I don’t much like fish either

They will probably file a lawsuit just for the halibut.

They’ll get a real shark and wind up with a whale of a settlement. All for no porpoise.

(I know, none were fish, but it’s the best I could do).

I am sure a good attorney could reel in a jury and then set the hook and get a whale of a settlement after carping about how traumatized his clients are. The response from the defense will be “holy mackeral!”
