    Another case of poor judgment and irresponsible behavior by two adults who are old enough to reproduce, but apparently too stupid to purchase and HO-4 to cover their belongings and additional living expenses. Solution: run to an attorney. Suddenly that $300 bucks for the HO-4 doesn’t look so expensive.

    $54,000 -vs- $1,800….. – who is right? Are the Clmt’s being opportunistic (wants new & higher value replacement of their personalty) or is the Liab. adjuster purely looking at the hard cost of this claim and not giving some consideration for the couples inconvenience during the period of adjustment with a new baby? No furnished apts available in the area? I would suspect that their claim is closer to the $1,800 than the $54,000
