If the good people of PA would “technically” take his pay away ,there would be a lot more in the coffers to waste, don’t you think? This guy is a CROOK!! The “little people” should be treated so well.

if you able, go to the IJ, east section on 6/13/07 and read the comments from attorneys in defense of this crooked judge. it is unbelievable how supportive they were of him. of course, crooks of a feather flock together.

A.P. — you appear to be a stupid as your posts. Please go away as this site is for insurance professionals and not for spouting racist crap from a soap box.

I know I am opening myself up to criticism for this comment, but doesn’t alleged mean he hasn’t been convicted? Even if he is the scumbag it appears he is, there is a provision about being innocent until proven guilty. I think we all seem to be jumping up and down to convict people in these postings before proof is presented and that worries me. I know this is just an opinion blog, but it concerns me anyways. Just my thoughts.

How do I go about getting this “suspension with pay” gig? That sounds like vacation that doesn’t come out of the bank to me. Were I ever suspended I would draw no pay. How do we make it so that applies to government officials as well?

you are right, of course, but what fun is it if we can’t string him up now? if we wait until he’s convicted the hatred we have will have been directed elsewhere. besides, he sounds like he’s guilty so lets string him up. NOW!! why wait for a jury to convict. do you think our politicans would do that?

Lots of hatred on this site and others for sure. I suppose I would rather see it directed here than actually doing anything. I’m certainly not defending this judge, just his right to fair treatment.

i understand that the job of adjuster and underwriter does not lend itself to humor and i also know that i have never met an insurance executive with a sense of humor but i was injecting a little humor into this posting. of course i don’t REALLY feel we should string this judge up. Maybe tar and feather him as that would be funny.

I’m for tar and feathers… or honey and ants… or leather pants, sand and a marathon.
