kat and what- good for the two of you! Azaz needs to get off his pedestal. Perhaps he is so knowledgeable on the subject because he himself has been doing some research! Are you really sure its sweet, Azaz? Perhaps you should have a drink just to be sure. ; )

I was watching one of those forensic type shows on Court TV last night. The husband mixed his wife some \”special\” drinks at a party. They were sweet drinks so she didn\’t notice the anti-freeze he had slipped in it. I already was familiar with that method of poisoning having been educated on this board by AZAZ (ha ha!). Oh wait, that information was in the article. Maybe AZAZ just did some quick googling to try and impress us.

Anyway, nice to know the sick things people will do. :(

Those of us who live in New England are very aware that it is important to wipe up any spilled anti-freeze as dogs and cats will drink it because it doesn\’t freeze and it tastes good. We have also been warned not to store it in any other container so it is not mistaken for soda.

If the now dead man was cheating on his wife–well, he should have thought twice. This type of betrayal is a terrible thing to do to a person, not to mention, cowardly. When you\’re messing with someone\’s life and mental state, you never know how they are going to react in a moment of panic and desperation. When you feel like you\’re about to lose everything you have, I think some people just lose it. Not only did I lose my home and marriage, I also found out that my husband caught a disease during his infidelity. The two weeks I had to wait for medical test results to find out I was okay were no ride in the park–he\’s lucky I didn\’t come across him during that time. Did this man in the article deserve to die, of course not, but you have no telling how a hurt person will react. The consequences go along with your actions-even dire consequences.

I knew this sort of thing would inspire Jewel to write. If it had been a guy killing his wife however…It\’s kind of like the reaction among the manhaters when Lorena Bobbit cut off her husband\’s \”manhood\” – they came running to the streets with a hotdog impaled on a knife, cheering the event as if it were the final game and their team won.

Well, you\’re half right (and you will probably NEVER see me post that about you again):

It does inspire me to write… but, read my post again numbnuts and you will see I wrote about that VERY same thing (a husband killing his wife). It is not right no matter who is killed (man or woman). Stop posting stupid crap. READ BEFORE YOU POST!!!!!

    Thank you

I was just waiting for Jewell to reply to this one. But Jewell you let me down by not addressing the manhater remark. Just how big a manhater are you? LOL

    Love your posts!

I actually thought Lorena was very creative. And, no I am not a manhater.

Even though I am of a lower order than you, I do enjoy pushing your buttons, and you do respond. My first posting spoke about you being so serious – perhaps you have lost your sense of humor, or maybe you get off on this as much as I do? Funny thing about posting is that you can take any position, and someone will be antagonized by your jeers. All in good fun, Jewel. Peace.

    Thanks for playing.

Well Big Insurance, since you\’re pushing my buttons, I will obviously have to respond.

    First point: \”Even though I am of a lower order than you\”- Agreed :) (That\’s a joke!)

Second point: \”I do enjoy pushing your buttons, and you do respond.\” If you post things you do not believe just to push someone\’s buttons, I call that a waste of time. Posts, even of a different opinion, should be semi-respectful. And words shouldn\’t be put into someone\’s post.

Third point: \”My first posting spoke about you being so serious – perhaps you have lost your sense of humor, or maybe you get off on this as much as I do?\” Your first posting (on this thread???) had nothing to do with you speaking about my being serious. You basically called me a Lorena Bobbitt. You also essentially said I would probably have a different tune if a man had killed his wife. That\’s exactly what I posted right before your response. You could read it again if you like.

Fourth point: \”Funny thing about posting is that you can take any position, and someone will be antagonized by your jeers.\”
I don\’t jeer or insult anyone first. If they have insulted me or someone else, then it\’s on. Be kind to others and others will be kind to you.

We can all have opinions and still get along. Stop the name calling and stop putting words into other\’s posts.

Yes, it is fun to argue, but it is also fun to get along and meet new people.
