    SEPARATION OF CHURCH AND STATE.

That\’s it. No further discussion needed. Mention of the god you may or may not believe in has absolutely no bearing on the topic of contractual law.

Appeals Court Judge Hayley should have looked up the definition for the legal term \”Dismissal\” in Black\’s Law Dictionary to find the real fault with Fairfax Judge Keith\’s trial court decision. This is one more case that isn\’t — let\’s backtrack to \”Isabella.\” When Winchester Judge Prosser granted custody of Isabella to Lisa (and ignored an active Vermont joint custody order acknowledging Lisa\’s partner, Janet), Judge Prosser, like Judge Hayley, recognized, or legitimized, same-sex relationships in Child Custody disputes. In both cases, the DECISION TO RULE affirms that same-sex unions have same status, or merit, as marriages. ~Veronique Wyvell, RN, McLean, the MOMMY GO BYE-BYE blog at http://mommygobyebye-virginia.blogspot.com
