    It is hard enough to place insurance, why would the state make it even harder. These people who shop for insurance can easily call the companies to compare rates. There are too many rating factors to be correct and this could lead the consumer incorrectly.

    Why doesn\’t Dover put up a web site telling us where to buy carpets, or where to get the cheapest haircuts or shoes or whatever.

    This is nothing less than government meddling in the market place to score points with clueless liberal voters.

    If anyone in Delaware had a brain could Joe Bibden get elected to a school board?

    Hey if this is so acurate then I can get rid of my current set write AMS Solutions rip off rater right? They cant possibly use credit scoring.
