    Really now? I guess docs should work for free because they spent 12 years in training. Hospitals should work for free because we have socialized medicine. OOPS!

    Great punitive way of getting out of paying an accident claim. Responsibility? Certainly important, but how many of you have 18 year olds or when YOU where 18 you did something stupid? This kid hurt only himself and the only ones paying the price are the other patients treated in that hospital who must pay the operating costs used by this kid and denied by his insurance company.

    Guess you all think the police should have let him die on the street, right?

    Let the insured choose to purchase the coverage hence no more excuses about not knowing there was an exclusion. Guess we would have to tell them though that THEY would be held RESPONSIBLE for damages if their child drank and drove. Notice THEY and RESPONSIBLE in one sentence!!! Imagine that.
