Insurance lady makes an observation that the town hall might be vacant? this lady has spent too much time indoors. The town might be dead, but not that dead!
Who the heck is \”flashman\” ?? Everything he writes is about suing someone! My god it was $14,000 to insure the building and they opted to no longer do so—now its everyone\’s fault from the carrier all the way thru the agent and to the public officials. Hey flashman you would be \”great\” in New Orleans!! They want to blame everyone but themselves also—
While some of my E&S brokers do send out a \”courtesy\” notice, or phonecall, not all of them do – which may very well say something about their service. In any event, my insured never receives an expiration notice from the carrier nor the broker. I truly believe that it is the retail agent\’s responsibility to make the advisements to their client. That is part of what we are paid to do.

Griswold is a member of CIRMA. Webster – the bank-owned insurance agency overlooking an expiration. The plot thickens.
Insurance Man – huh?
Insurance Man, according to the article, the building, which was the \”former\” Town Hall, was, in fact, vacant.
where is the city out anything anyway?
Sell the land, build condos.
(except for the people who seek to save old buildings they neither own nor wish to pay for)
Insurance Lady if you are not getting renewal info or expiration notices from your E&S Market maybe you should use a different E&S Broker
