They seem to be actually proud of their newly designated status as the most dysfunctional bunch of legislators in the country!
Is it me or is this entire country going to the dogs (attorneys)? Granted that what happened to the victim is awful, however awful accidents happen everyday and aren\’t the responsibility of the deepest pockets. They are the responsibility of the person/s that caused the accident period. NY is now officially on my list of states that have lost all touch with reality including CA and MA.
