This is truly pathetic. An attorney who is scamming an insurance company on his own fraudulent disability claim. It doesn’t speak well of the depths his profession will sink to for a buck. It’s bad enough they work the system on personal injuries and medical malpractice. Now they buy a product and use the back door. The judge is now “considering how much restitution he will have to pay”. How much? The full amount he scammed plus interest I would hope. Let’s bet this guy does no jail time and has resitution discounted.
