I agree that something must be done about the current policy. This new section is going to kill the mom and pop roofing contractors. The work is hard enough and now having to pay up to $15,000.00 a year for liability insurance is way too much. I have been saying this for a long time that with the taxes and cost of insurance going up. No wonder we are losing jobs.In the near future New York The Empire State will have a new name.
