    I think the post is a little confusing. Quality, behavioral and action based scoring can be done in full featured marketing automation systems like Marketo or Eloqua. Quality scoring based on demographics does not need expensive appending services if you capture this information (like asking Title and City in a form). The remaining you have listed, behavioral and action based is also possible. The post makes it seem like different system do different types of scores. Just thought I’d help clarify.
