Could it be that the Pechanga owners are corrupt, and pinned this embezzlement on Jim and Ryan. Those in charge of Pechanga are already corrupt, in that they are exploiting the public, stealing their money through dishonest gain, and trying to disinherit hundreds of tribal members, so they don’t have to share the money. So why are we just taking their word for it? Why did Rod Pacheco only take evidence from the Pechanga owners, and just accept at face value what they said? Pechanga owners could have easily framed these guys. With casinos like these, greed becomes a disease. These same Pechanga people make all the money, and yet there are people on these reservations, who are still living in poverty. Why aren’t they taking care of these people?
