Keep in mind I later sued the State of Idaho and the County of Twin Falls under the laws of Post Conviction Relief and Habeas Corpus (federal laws). My case was heard in 2013 and my sentenced commuted. Originally it was accepted as part of my plea agreement (Alford Plea) that I would receive probation. At the end of which the charge would be dismissed. Judge Stoker changed his mind at sentencing and rather than letting me withdraw my plea he sent me to prison. I am now awaiting the 10 years to pass for a pardon from the State in 2013. Patrick Morrissey and his friend who was also convicted of arson for burning my leased car NEVER paid their restitution.
